RETURN POLICY
FOURTEEN DAY RETURNS

We accept returns initiated within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

A restocking fee of seven percent (7%) of the item's price will be applied.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Items damaged during return transit are subject to a thirty percent fee (30%).

The buyer is responsible for safety of the item during the return shipping.

No international customs duties neither international taxes will be refunded.


DAMAGE PROTECTION

We provide seventy percent (70%) refunds for damaged prints for claims initiated within fifteen days of the delivery date.

The buyer must return the damaged item.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

No international customs duties neither international taxes will be refunded.


RETURN OF ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We take extensive precautions in packaging and shipping fine art to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that damage can occur during transit. To facilitate a successful return claim for damaged goods, please follow the instructions below:

  • 1. Inspect the Exterior: Upon delivery, carefully inspect the exterior of the packaging for any visible damage.
  • 2. Photograph the Damage: If you notice any damage to the packaging, take clear photographs of all affected areas before opening the package. These photographs are crucial for processing your return claim.
  • 3. Open with Care: Proceed to open the package carefully. If you find any damage to the artwork itself, take additional photographs of the damaged areas.
  • 4. Notify Us Immediately: Contact our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the shipment to report the damage. Include all photographs and a detailed description of the damage in your report.
  • 5. Retain Packaging: Keep all original packaging materials, as they may be needed for inspection by the shipping company.
  • 6. Return Authorization: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the damaged artwork.

Failure to photograph the exterior of the packaging prior to opening may result in the denial of your return claim. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us ensure the safe delivery of your fine art purchase.
