If your artwork was damaged or destroyed in the recent Los Angeles fires, we're here to help. We will replace paper prints at no cost to you. For metal and acrylic prints, we can offer replacements at our manufacturing cost (approximately 15% of retail price).

In light of recent California wildfires and other natural disasters that have affected our collectors, we want to ensure you know about our disaster replacement policy. If your print of photograph by Alex Sher was destroyed in a documented disaster, we will do our best to assist you with replacement. To initiate this process, please provide:

1. Affidavit of loss including:

• Description of the disaster
• Your full name
• The address where the print was destroyed
• Year of purchase
• Name of agent or venue where purchased
• Written declaration of the print descruction

2. Photo proof of the print destruction - if possible.

For prints we can produce in-house, we will provide a replacement at no cost. For all other prints, we will offer replacements at our manufacturing cost. Please note that packaging and shipping fees will apply.
